happy 1st anniversary to me =)

Hubby got something for me from his business trip last week. Well, i did "remind" him to get me something for our 1st anniversary which falls on 11/11 of Chinese lunar calendar. I didn't really expect him to get me anything, honest ;)

When i walked out from the bathroom, this is what i saw on my pillow.

"Don't tell me it's a watch!", i blurted. *slapped forehead* I always talk too fast and too straightforward, but it didn't mean i do not like the gift. But he sure knows what i like besides food & shoes (and him) - watches. Other than free watches from aunt, the first watch i got from hubby too a few years ago. Unfortunately, the battery died last 2 weeks and we didn’t have time to renew the battery. So he bought me another limited edition watch as a wedding gift =)


I do not know what to buy for him and whatever i buy will not be a surprise for him cos i dun get to use the car alone. He is my loyal chauffeur. So, in return i treated him dinner at TGIF. Highly recommended and the portion served is big. Try out their 3 course meal promotion, it's really worth it. We’re going for second dinner at Ben’s Diner tonight while waiting for bro-in-law & gf to arrive at the airport. Life is so fun. By the way, today is my last working day for this year :D

After viewing the pics taken on my sis's wedding day, i went back to my own wedding day pics :D We hired a pro photographer to cover our wedding days from morning, as early as 6am until 10pm+. There are a few pics which i like very much.

The Cicak-man is none other than hubby, in one of his ordeal, getting the sweets off from the wall using only his mouth & no chairs. This was specially prepared by his truly...hehehehe..... Hubby complained that i didn't take into consideration that he might actually slammed on the wall and break his 2 front tooth. Oppssss.... :P Lantak :P

My wedding dinner place (before and after). In-laws dun like the food served in hotels. So since FIL wanted to invite a lot of guests, we rented hubby's secondary school hall, the only place where it can accommodate 73tables and it's air-cond.

Was it just me or was it due to the weather? My body temperature is rising and it's not fun. I was home alone yesterday after hubby left for his badminton practice. I perspired a lot. So, in order to not get dehydrated, I drank lots of water. In the end what I did yesterday was perspired-drank water-toilet, every 15-30mins. Crazy. I kept feeling pressure on my cervix, as if the baby is forcing himself out. Siao, too early :P Maybe the space is my tummy is getting smaller for him. Was so tired I even dozed off while watching CSI. Took late lunch with hubby and finally I started my ironing task at about 5.30pm. And my whole body was wet an hour later & I had to wash my hair for the second time of the day. Pimples decided to say hello too, all 6 of them.

While waiting for lunch and i have nothing better to do, I went thru the pics of hubby and i since our courting days. I looked so small, where all my shirts were only S/M size (year 2004-2006).

This is how they look like, my swollen legs. Look like pig knuckles or not? And i'm turning into zombie.

Whenever i see people with sachets of Nescafe, Old Town White Coffee, Aik Cheong 2-in-1 Coffee, Kopiko etc etc, i just wish i could join them. Think of the coffee aroma the moment you pour hot water into your cup, the moment you stir it...heaven...

Let's get back into reality. I have to refrain myself from taking all these caffeinated drinks. I dun even remember the last time i enjoyed a cup of nescafe. Was it the red packet or the green one? Now i'm craving for coffee & carbonated drinks & ice cream. You can give me ice cream at anytime and i will just swallow the whole thing without second thought.

Last night, after dinner, hubby and i decided to dropby at a newly opened shop selling baby stuff near our house. The business was so good and the things are so much cheaper compared to Jusco/Sunshine. Too bad we have bought almost everything during Jusco sale 2 weeks ago :P For a same baby bath tub, we got it for RM25 at Jusco but the shop sells it for RM14. 20% off for all Avent products except breast pump. Heartache only. Am having headache to choose from different types of breast pump. There are manual, electric & battery operated. Prices ranges from very low to very high, RM88 to RM699. Should i get a cheap one and breastfeed for 2months plus? Should i invest in a better one to last me longer, say 10months? But then again, will i be producing enough or it will stop after 2-3 months? So cheap one or reliable one? Headache only. In the end we didn't get anything breast pump again, but got myself a tin of
Karihome goat milk powder. Minum Anmum + karihome goat milk = me sihat & kuat :P
