time has changed

Last night, i showed hubby my leg, taking for granted he would know that i was trying to show him my slightly bruised leg. He was as blind as a bat and didn't even notice the discoloration of my skin. 5 years ago, he would have asked what had happened to my leg before I myself knew it was there.
